Our founder’s journey began with a deep passion for hands-on work, problem solving, and technical precision. He pursued formal training at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, earning degrees in Carpentry Technology and Electrical Technology and graduating among the top of his class. His leadership and dedication quickly stood out, opening doors to exceptional opportunities early in his career.
Early in his career, he was selected to join a renowned Amish construction company — an environment known for unparalleled craftsmanship, discipline, and detail-oriented work. Within just four months, he earned a promotion to job foreman, leading his first major commercial build: a complete Panda Express restaurant constructed from the ground up.
